Crowthorne Team

I’m Rebecca – the founder of our nursery and a passionate childcare professional with over 13 years of experience. I began my journey as a home-based childminder, and over the years, my little business has grown into the nurturing setting it is today. Watching children learn, develop, and thrive is what I love most about my job – it truly is my calling.

I’ve lived in the area all my life and feel deeply connected to the community we serve. At home, I’m a proud mum to a wonderful daughter, as well as a stepmum to a lovely stepdaughter and stepson. Our family also includes two cheeky sausage dogs, Pickle and Twiglet, who keep us all entertained!

Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, cooking, and making memories with family and friends.
I look forward to welcoming you and your little ones into our nursery family.

I’m Ella, the deputy manger. I’ve been working with Rebecca for coming up to 5 years. I started as an apprentice working towards my level 3 qualification in early years education and eventually became a registered childminder, working alongside Rebecca. I’ve always wanted to work in early years and absolutely love helping all your little ones grow, develop and form their incredible personalities. I love that we have created a safe and homely environment that allows everyone to be themselves and have fun! I look forward to welcoming you and your family into our little nursery family.

Hi my name is Izzie and I am the room leader for the baby room and also third in charge. I have been in child care for 10 years with all ages but my favourite being babies.. It’s is so lovely to see the children thrive and develop during their time with us and heartwarming sharing those moments.

Outside of work I love to visit theme parks all around the world with my partner, I am also a proud auntie to my niece who I spend lots of time with at the Weekend

Since starting at Becca’s house I have loved every second of it, I am so proud to be part of a loving and supportive team! Becca’s house is more than a team it’s a family! ❤️

Hi, my name is Emma, I’m 27. I am the Toddlers Room Leader and Level 3 Practitioner. I have been in Early Years since 2019, starting as an apprentice then working my way up to level 3. In my previous setting I worked with a child who was deaf so I have experience with British Sign Language.

Outside of work I enjoy crocheting and baking. I love travelling and have recently been to Greece and Rome, I would love to go to Australia to visit family. I have no children of my own but a lovely niece and nephew who I love.

I have recently joined Becca’s team and am loving it. Everyone at Becca’s House has been so lovely and welcoming. I am very lucky to be apart of such a loving and supportive team.

Im Jess, I’m 23 and I have worked in childcare for over 3 years. In 2019 I worked with Rebecca as her first Child Minding Assistant – Proud to be a part of the first steps to where Becca’s House is today!
This is also where I achieved my Level 2 Qualification.
I spent 2 additional years working in a local Nursery, building my knowledge around Early Years Education, before leaving for Maternity leave. I fell so in love with the opportunity to positively influence children’s development and help shape their future, that I went on to have my own little bundle of joy, Oakley.
With Oakley attending Becca’s House, naturally I made my way back to Rebecca in May this year, on this exciting new journey and on a pathway to achieve my level 3.

Outside of work I mainly enjoy family time. Im still in my early journey of motherhood so currently loving soaking up every moment.

Im very pleased to be apart of such a wonderful team and thrive with watching your lovely children learn and grow with us.

I’m Eva, I am 24 (almost 25) and I am the deputy room leader for the toddler room. I have been working in childcare for 4 and a half years. I started my childcare journey as an apprentice in 2021 and received my level 3 qualification in 2022. I joined the Becca’s House family in September 2025 and I instantly fell in love with the warm and welcoming environment. I feel so lucky to work with such a committed and nurturing team, while teaching and caring for your young ones.
I have a real passion for childcare and love to watch your little ones learn and grow and I feel blessed to have the opportunity to help support their learning and development in a safe and nurturing, child-centred way.
A few interesting facts about me are that I was fostered when I was only a few months old and adopted when I was 18 months old. I was also diagnosed with autism at 9 years old. These experiences have helped me greatly when working in childcare and have shaped me into the kind and caring practitioner I am today.

I’m Ava, and I’ve been part of the team at Becca’s House for the past 3 years. I am level 2 qualified and now working towards my level 3.
I work in the preschool area alongside Ella as the acting deputy room leader, caring for your wonderful children.
I am passionate about creating a safe, loving, and calm environment where each child feels happy and valued. Building strong bonds with the children is something I take so much pride in, and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of their lives. Watching them grow and reach new milestones is one of the most rewarding things there is in this role.

I’m Micah – Early Years Level 3 Apprentice, working towards my level 3 qualification. I’ve worked alongside children for over two years, but started working in nurseries in January, where I found the passion for helping little ones learn, grow and develop their amazing personalities. Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends, always making memories. It is lovely being part of this team, where we have created a comfortable space for everyone to learn and have fun!

Hi, I’m Kayla. I’m an apprentice currently working towards my level 3 qualification. I work in the toddler room. I have been with Becca’s house since November 2025 and I have really enjoyed every second of it. It has been lovely to get to know all the children and it’s great to be part of such a wonderful team. I have wanted to work with kids for as long as I can remember. I have always had a nurturing personality and people have always trusted me with their children since a young age. I have quite a lot of experience in babysitting but this is the first nursery I’ve worked at and all the staff have been amazing in helping me to learn about the job. I really enjoy seeing the children thrive and grow. My favourite part of the job is seeing the children achieve new things and celebrating with them. In my spare time I like to make new memories with my family and friends. I like to go to the theatre, read books, write scripts, dance and act.

Hi, I’m Chelsey and I’m 18 years old. I started my early years journey at Becca’s house in January and I’m currently working towards my level 3 qualification. My favourite part about working in a nursery is seeing each of the children’s personalities come out and grow in confidence. I feel so grateful to be working alongside an amazing team of practitioners. Outside of work, I’m a face painter for children’s parties and events and enjoy spending time with my friends and my Dog buddy!

Hi, I’m Katie and I have been working in nurseries since leaving school, beginning my Early Years journey while completing my Level 2 qualification. I am now continuing to grow my knowledge and experience whilst working towards my Level 3 qualification. I am passionate about creating a warm, caring and engaging environment where children feel safe, supported and encouraged to learn through play every day.
